At only 24 years old, Simon started his first business in London, England, in 2002. Simon founded Support Lounge as an IT support company that specialized in providing rapid IT support to small businesses and home users with a focus on the three key areas of problem-solving, customer service and punctuality that put wannabe competitors to shame. The high standard of service brought referrals and recommendations from across London and the south-east of England.
Over time, Simon found he was more interested in helping his clients with their marketing to grow their businesses and in 2009 he started Simon Says Marketing. His clients, from signwriters to training schools, credit Simon with the success of their businesses.
